Samuel Ciochon is an excellent real estate agent! We found him based on an @ Properties sign, and the rest was history. As first time home buyers, Samuel guided us through the entire process and made us feel comfortable. We knew that we wanted to stay in Bucktown after renting here for a year and Samuel listened to all of our needs and landed us our dream condo! One of the things that really stuck out about Samuel was his ability to keep us calm. We were super nervous and there were some bumps in the road, but the entire time Samuel was calm, cool, and collected and helped us get a great deal. Also, Samuel's relationships played a key role, as he had a person for everything, which made the inspection process a breeze. He also had a working relationship with the sellers' agents, which was a huge bonus. Overall, working with Samuel was a great decision, and we look forward to working with him again in the future!
